Watts will open the firm’s East Coast office and take responsibility for recruiting exceptional talent for highly visible clients in the internet/e-commerce, digital media, SaaS and mobile sectors.

Most recently, Watts was an associate with Walker Talent Group where he conducted major deployments with Facebook and Palm, and recruited engineering leadership and development teams as well as data mining and artificial intelligence experts. Prior to that he spent two years as senior technical recruiter with Riviera Partners, a boutique search firm based in San Francisco. Watts holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
